As a Senior Architect at Otlo, you will lead cultural and civic projects from the first sketch to handover. You will guide a small team, work closely with clients and engineers, and protect the design intent through construction. This role suits someone who loves craft, carries projects with calm authority, and enjoys helping others grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of cultural, civic, and residential projects across all stages

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and on budget

• Mentor architects and designers, and review work in weekly pin-ups

• Protect design intent during construction through regular site visits

Requirements

• Licensed architect with at least eight years of professional experience

• A strong portfolio of built work, ideally in cultural or public buildings

• Fluency in Revit and Rhino, and comfort with hand sketching

• Clear communication in English; Danish is a plus
